Chuckey Utility District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Online Bill Payment
If paying your bill Online just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button. Have your account number handy and follow the prompts.
You can also download the Payment Service Network (PSN) application on your smartphone.
View Your Account Online
You can view your account details as well as make Online payment by clicking the button below. Once you reach the page just select ‘Consumer Registration’ and follow prompts on that page. You will have to have your account number & the name as it appears on the bill.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least 5-7 business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment By Phone
You can pay your bill over the phone by calling 866-917-7368. Please have your account number available.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form (if available) located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check. Any account signed up for Automatic Bank Draft will be drafted on the 18th of each month.
Heritage Community Bank
You may pay your bill at any Heritage Community Bank location before the due date (20th of each month). HCB will not accept late payments. This payment method requires you to have the return portion of your bill.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, money orders, and debit/credit cards. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit/debit card transactions. American Express is not accepted.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to 7 business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
After Hours Payment Drop-off
You may pay your bill after hours by using or Night-Drop box that is located right past the Drive-Thru window. If using cash to pay, please use an envelope with your name, address, and account number on the front. You may use a check without an envelope, but please make sure your account number is listed in the memo line.

Chuckey Utility District is not responsible for: U.S. Mail delivery, payments in transit, and/or payments lost in transit. Failure to receive bill is no excuse for non-payment.
